DISADVANTAGES of RCA Wall Plate
- Joining any cable usually results in some signal loss but from our testing of these RCA wall plates, this is almost none
- Obviously you will need an additional RCA cable to run from the RCA wall plate to a TV, sound system or receiver
- Need cavity space in the wall to take the cable and joiner
- RCA cables are not capable of transmitting video in high definition
- Running an RCA cable directly would be cheaper
