Our answer;
Mark, we currently have two Saorview Approved boxes on our books. The Cheapest Saorview Box we sell is the Walker WP12DTB-R. It is produced by an Irish company Called Walker as the name suggests. They were first off the mark in getting a Saorview Approved Box to market and are leading the way in pricing also.
We buy these Walker boxes in huge quantities so we can offer our customer the cheapest prices on Saorview boxes. We regularly check prices with competitors and are generally the cheapest.
Alternatively, you could chose an Irish Digital TV receiver that meets the majority of Saorview specs but is considerably cheaper.
