Disadvantages of 2 Way VGA Splitter Cable

- May not give the output resolution of either HDMI or DVI connections but is a good workaround where these connections do not exist
- Any time you introduce any form of extra joins into a cable run, you always have the risk of some signal loss
- From our tests on this 2 way VGA splitter, these are almost non existent

- It will not work well over longer distances
