USES of Stacker DeStacker

A Stacker De-stacker allows 2 satellite dish feeds to be run down a single cable (stacked) and then split back out (destacked) into 2 feeds to feed a PVR satellite box
Feed a Sky+ box using a single cable
Feed a Sky+ HD box using one cable
A non-subscription PVR box like a Freesat+ HD receiver
Feed 2 single tuner satellite receivers in a couple of different rooms

ADVANTAGES of Stacker DeStacker

Solves a major problem faced when installing or upgrading to Sky+ ie. what to do when there is only one cable in the wall
Works extremely well
Easy to install
Neat and compact unit

DISADVANTAGES of Stacker DeStacker

The major drawback of a Stacker DeStacker is the cost of the unit
The stacker needs to be correctly installed if it is to work properly
Struggles on cables runs of more than 30m - but this is rarely needed
Will not work with Sky Q

This a great device for someone that needs to upgrade to a sky+ system or similar but only has a single satellite feed coming into the house and where it may be extremely difficult or impossible to run in a second feed. Well then this is the solution the stacker/de-stacker. works very well.

Installed this for SKY HD+, we had only a single cable drop from attic where the satellite cables came in so we used this to enable the dual signal to the box without running surface cables. Worked very well

Stacker and destacker works with triple tuner smart tv, record an Astra 1 chanel, watch a different Astra 1 channel or an Astra 2 channel. Record an Astra 2 chanel, watch a different Astra 2 channel or an Astra 1 channel. It would be a big job to install a second cable so it was an ideal solution.

Initially I was doubtful if such stacking of two Sat signals onto one cable could really work - But it does !!! I have had these for the past two/three years and they work perfectly.
Really handy product!!!

Worked as described. Would definitely suggest it use to anyone using the adapter in the Gainstown area of Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
