USES of Quad LNB with Terrestrial Input

  • Use in conjunction with a UHF aerial to feed up to 4 combo receivers from a single Sky satellite dish
    • At set top box, the signal is split back out using signal combiners
  • Used in conjunction with our range of Sky type satellite dishes

ADVANTAGES of Quad LNB with Terrestrial Input

  • Unlike normal LNBs, the Inverto quad LNB with terrestrial input has 4 satellite inputs & 1 terrestrial (Saorview) input
  • This means you can feed one single cable to each viewing room with a combined satellite and terrestrial feed
  • Offers a very simple and low cost solution to the problem of single cable multi-room setups
  • The combined satellite & terrestrial feed can be split out using a aerial & satellite combiner in reverse in the viewing location
  • This saves time and money by only having the run one single cable to each viewing location

How it Works - Quad LNB with Terrestrial Input

  • Connect your aerial feed directly to the quad LNB terrestrial input
  • The LNB works like a mini multiswitch by taking in the following...
    • A feed from the UHF aerial
    • A signal from the satellite dish
  • It outputs the following....
    • Up to 4 independent feeds containing satellite and terrestrial feeds
  • Combined signal at each box is then split back out using the following...
    • A satellite & TV aerial combiner (in reverse)
    • A satellite and TV aerial wall plate
    • Alternatively don't split at all if running directly to a single tuner TV or set top box
      • This would give either satellite or terrestrial viewing - but not both

Model of LNB now different to video but same general idea and specs
