USES of Satellite Line Amplifier

ADVANTAGES of Satellite Line Amplifier
- It provides a very simple and cheap means of boosting satellite signal strength of when no other solution can be found
- Very effective especially when problem is caused by long cable runs
DISADVANTAGES of Satellite Line Amplifier
- Normally should be used only on very long cable runs etc..
- Sometimes used to try and compensate for poor alignment or inappropriate location of a dish
- This use should be as a last resort
