ADVANTAGES of Chimney Bracket
- The stack strap is a safer installation
- It can be installed without having to leave the safety of you roof ladder
- The are no corner plates required or lashing wire preparation needed so it can be installed in 3-5 minutes
- It is a considerable time saving compared to traditional methods
- Works well on standard chimneys with standard reveals
- Cheapest way of mounting a pole on a house
- Gives best achievable results as normally mounted on highest point on a house ie.. the chimney

DISADVANTAGES of Chimney Bracket
- Limited offset means that it struggles to pass reveal on any non-standard chimneys
- Requires special tools ie. roof ladder etc to mount bracket on a chimney
- Roof work is by its nature far more dangerous than working off standard ladders
- Not suitable for very heavy loads or long poles which may require..
- Double lashing kits
- T&K brackets
- More expensive than a standard TV aerial bracket
