USES of WiFi Bridge Kit

• Used to created a wireless bridge between an existing network and additional building of up to 1km away
• A WiFi bridge kits allows your network to be built without running cables

ADVANTAGES of WiFi Bridge Kit

• Simple one button pairing for easy configuration
• Antennas are omni-directional and you can have 4 receivers connected to a single receiver
• It is effectively a wireless cable run from the two points and brings the network over to the new remote building
• Eliminates the need to run a physical cable
• Eliminates the need for another router or 4G service
• Weatherproof WiFi bridge kit
• Extends the range of you wireless network over a long range
• Is capable of speeds of up to around 30Mbps
• Is convenient where ability to run outdoor network cables is difficult

DISADVANTAGES of WiFi Bridge Kit

• While the range of the outdoor wireless bridge kit is OK for short to mid range jobs up to 1km, environmental factors may reduce speeds & range
• Range & speed is not as good as our Ubiquiti / TP-Link wireless bridges
• It does not support PoE
• If you use with multiple receivers (Multi-station mode), it's not going to work well with many 4K cameras due to bandwidth limitations
• If using in multi-station mode, you're best to use 2MP cameras
• You need to have a mains power source in all your remote locations
