Uses of VGA Switch

Advantages of VGA Switch

Disadvantages of VGA Switch
- It only outputs the picture from your device. For example, you need an additional cable to output the audio from a Laptop or PC to your TV in addition to a VGA cable
- May not give the output resolution of either HDMI or DVI connections but is a good workaround where these connections do not exist on your Laptop or PC
- Any time you introduce any form of extra joins into a cable run, you always have the risk of some signal loss but from our tests on this VGA input switcher, these are almost non existant
- It is NOT a VGA splitter
- If outputting multiple VGA sources through the 2 way VGA input switcher, you can only view one screen at a time depending on which output is selected
