USES of External USB Sound Card
- Use where you have no 3.5mm audio input on your PC, laptop or MAC
- Could also be used where your integrated sound card is not working
- Allows you use headphones or mics with 3.5mm audio jacks where you could not otherwise do so
- USB sound cards are essential for use with wireless microphones on modern devices with no 3.5mm audio input
ADVANTAGES of External USB Sound Card
- External USB sound cards are a low cost solution to a real problem
- A lot of audio equipment like headphones, speakers, microphones etc.. still require an available 3.5mm audio socket
- However, more & more PCs, laptops & MACs do not have a 3.5mm audio port
- A USB sound card will allow you interface 3.5mm audio equipment with devices that do have have an integrated 3.5mm socket
DISADVANTAGES of External USB Sound Card
- Although USB sound cards work well in the main, they are not as good as an integrated or PCI sound card for example
- Sometimes depending on the device, higher volumes may not work so well
- Using it at mid range volumes usually achieves the best results

- Irish shipping rates apply to the whole Island (North & South)
