Ordered my replacement remote for my Freesat reception last week - delivered in four days in spite of all the noise about protocols up here in Co.Down.
Packing was a little rudimentary - must have run out of bubble wrap - my instructions/directions were followed to the letter with regard to how to find us and were printed on the drivers instructions although and correctly not the phone number.
Was very pleased with the product and delighted with the price - glad to see that the product has also been updated.
A new and satisfied customer.

I can't speak highly enough of freetv.ie. I placed several orders and all arrived on time and as requested. I had an issue with an access point (no fault of freetv.ie) and it took me some time to nail down the problem but the agreed to accept a return and refunded the payment. Great service!

Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Very knowledgeable, highly efficient, very fast delivery and overall a pleasure to deal with.
