Purchased a combo box and dish from TVTrade.ie. Got excellent pre-sales advice from email and on web-site - Ordered two days before Olympics and all kit arrived in time for installation ahead of opening ceremony. For me this is very simple..I asked the question..what do I need to have Saorview and Freesat channels...I get an email back with a list of equipment and parts from TV Trade....I make the purchase..the parts arrive...they all work perfectly...A good deal for me and a happy customer for TVTrade.. highly recommended.!!

I have found video support excellent. As a non techie I have everything working perfectly on my Xoro 9000. Excellent product with excellent support. If you persist with the videos you will get solutions to any queries,eg uploading firmware etc. recording to hard drive etc.

The website is very user friendly with a quick payment method. Delivery is amazingly quick, didn't have to chase up (unlike other companies), Installation is tedious but with the help of the tutorials you can't go far wrong. Being my dads first TV service he is delighted to have well over 200 fully functional TV stations(and HD channels also), with no interruption to signal. With the great results, from the Saorview combo and SAT, the rest of the family is getting jealous and is now looking to purchase the same. So I will have no hesitation in recommending, fair play to you and thanks a million for fab products.
