without doubt the most helpful website I have ever came across, with the information I got on this site I found it easy to make a judgement on what combi receiver I was to buy, this being the Triax TSC114 of which I am very happy with, on this site they tell you the advantages and disavantages, which I found very honest and when I got to talk on the phone their services was very good , I will use the TV TRADE again if ever I need to buy item of this sort, many thank,s Joseph Gannon.

Having bought a number of items from TV Trade, I can only say that their customer service is second to none, technical knowledge can't be beaten in Ireland and their user videos have proven invaluable to me in setting up. Highly recommended.

Excellent website and service, placed my order yesterday and had it in Galway first thing this morning. Had it all set up in no time thanks to all the info on site and thanks to Tvtrade answering all my questions yesterday via email, highly recommemd it.

Brilliant website. I bought a smart 60 cm dish and aligned it with the aid of the video clips. Might be helpful to point out on the site that the elevation for a smart dish will be different to a standard sky dish. Will definitely buy from TV Trade again.

Many thanks for the prompt service, ordered Saorview Combi kit Irish and UK Channels at 3.00pm on Wednesday, arrived 11.30 on Thursday, was able to run cables, mount dish & ariel and set up with the instructions in less than 3hours ( the little message 24/10/12 X is gone !!!!!!!!!!! ) Thanks again to all.

The diy combo kits sold here were not quite what I wanted so I made up and ordered my own diy kit ( with friendly and prompt advice from tvtrade ), ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday. Got around to installing on Friday, great instruction videos, hardest thing from me was actually putting the dish on the wall ( not good with drills etc. ) Everything working, no problems, found satellite in less than 1 minute ( http://www.dishpointer.com is very useful ), if I can do it, anyone can.
