I bought a saor tv stv- T1 which developed a problem due to apparently a power surge. I contacted TV Trade of whom I had bought the box and was offered a replacement immediately without quibble or an upgrade for a small extra fee. Both boxes were delivered to the door within 24 hours of order.
Super service from a super company to deal with. T

Ordered a GlobalI/O Link unit at 15:30 yesterday. Could not believe that it was delivered this morning. great service. I have not used the unit yet. Regards.

Had problems with lost channels, contacted T.V.trade, Had my channels back in less than twenty four hours, great people to deal with. Once again Thank You T.V. trade.

i have a saorview approved triax . when channels are moved i have found the support from tvtrade , accuate, fast and very comprehensive.
i have recommended them to family friend and collegues

Had technical problem which was sorted out by tv trade the next day .it was so easy to follow their instruction and have fixed the problem in less than 22 minuets thank you tv trade great after care service
