Sound Missing on the HD Channels on The VIP2

A while ago I bought an Edision Argus VIP2 and in the last week or so there has been no sound on any of the UK HD channels. The picture is fine just no sound. It seems to only be BBC HD, BBC1 HD, ITV1 HD & Luxury Life HD.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

this sounds like a strange problem.
You don't mention if you downloaded unofficial updates from the internet. If so read below for more info....
Points:
- How are you connecting the VIP2 to the TV is it with a HDMI lead or with a scart (try the opposite to see if problem persists).
- Also wriggle the leads / change port on TV if possible to see if this is where the problem is arising
- Try downloading & then uploading the lastest software version from
- combo receiver
- 'Attachments'
- Edision Argus VIP2 Software & Channel List
- see 'User Manual' tab video on how to do this.
- You could try manually tune in a channel
