If you already have the cables, then you only need to get the DVI to HDMI adaptor
Dual link DVI-D is capable of higher resolutions yet is still backward compatible with DVI-D single link

Disadvantages of DVI to HDMI Adaptor

It only outputs the video, you will need something like a 3.5mm Audio Jack to RCA Cable to output the sound in conjunction with the DVI to HDMI adaptor
