USES of Caravan Satellite & Aerial Bracket
- The bracket clamps around the shaft of the Jockey wheel allowing a pole to be attached to the caravan to:
- Mount a TV aerial
- A satellite dish

How to Install a Caravan Satellite Bracket
- Loosen off the wingnuts on one of the U-bolts
- Slide the U-bolt over the handle and down onto the Jockey wheel shaft
- Rotate the bracket to the required position
- Tighten the wingnuts on the U-bolt until it firmly grips the shaft
- Slide the Pole through the other U-bolt until it touches the ground
- If on a soft surface e.g. grass, tap the pole into the ground using a hammer
- Tighten the wingnuts on the u-bolt until it firmly grips the pole
- Now slide onto the pole either the:
- Satellite dish or
- TV aerial
- If the pole it not long enough, you can add on an additional pole using either a:
- pole coupler or
- Shelley pole clamp
- Note: only really an option for TV aerials but not for satellilte dishes due to stability issues.
