The 9" TV is an interesting product, it works, picture quality good, works well even in medium strength signal areas. Havent yet tried it on the road or picnicking. It requires delicate handling. The magnet on the small antenna is very weak, and a better one is available in Maplin. [STAFF NOTE] Noted but a bit of sticky back tape or perhaps velcro strips will solve this for you

The goods were very poorly packed and not protected at all. [STAFF NOTE] The TV is packed in it's own protective retail box. It does not require additional packaging and as a company who has a strict reuse and recycle policy, it would not be the best idea to pack an already secure item inside another box. It would be very wasteful. The Black wrapping plastic was very poor quality and stains. [STAFF NOTE] We do wrap the outer box with black plastic wrap. It is used on all our orders and we never received a complaint about this before. as for the staining of the black plastic wrap, this must have happened in the couriers, we can't really explain this and without a picture of it, it is a bit of a mystery. The white co-ax leads were very soiled and blackened and not at all as they should be. [STAFF NOTE] This issue is the main issue though and we are at a loss to explain this as the TVs come in retail boxes and we just pack them up and ship them out. It must have come from the factory like this and we can only offer our apologies on that. We note that it didn't affect performance of the TV.

Absolutely delighted, couldn't get the product that I needed anywhere, and looked here and found it. Delivery was fast, ordered on a Friday, delivered on a Saturday ... In the most rural of rural places. Will buy again.
