You have a few options when buying a Saorview set top box. You can either go for an approved Saorview box, see link below;
The Triax is a better box with more features like it's impressive media player but to answer your question, the Walker would be the cheapest officially approved Saorview box.
The next option you might consider is perhaps a generic digital terrestrial receiver. These are Mpeg4 & HD ready, so will pick up all the Saorview channels and are the cheapest way or receiving the Saorview channels. See link below.
